KOL-14-01

KOL-14-01 was a male Western Lowland Gorilla who was stillborn on December 2, 2014. He was born at Kolmården Djurpark but did not survive birth.

Born to captive parents at Kolmården Djurpark. His mother was Naomi and his father was Efata.

Though his life was tragically brief, he remains part of the Western Lowland Gorilla breeding program records. Every birth, even those that end in loss, contributes to our understanding of gorilla reproduction and care in captivity.
