About Kitoko
Kitoko was a female Western Lowland Gorilla who died on January 19, 2017. She lived for approximately six months.
Born at Dublin Zoo on July 16, 2016, she was captive-born to parents Lena and Horst. Her brief life was spent entirely at Dublin Zoo in Ireland.
Sadly, Kitoko died from salmonella at just six months of age. Her death occurred at the same zoo where she was born.
