About Kimba
Kimba was a female Western Lowland Gorilla who died on July 7, 2006. She lived for only 10 days after her birth.
Born at Zoo Aquarium de Madrid on June 27, 2006, she was captive-born to parents Gorka and Malabo.
Sadly, pneumonia claimed her life while she was still an infant at the Madrid zoo. Her brief life ended where it began, never leaving her birthplace.
