Kibara

From the moment she opened her eyes on 29 November 2021, Kibara was a bright spark in the enclosure at Howletts Wild Animal Park. Her tiny frame quickly filled the space with curiosity, a trait she shared with her mother Mali and father Sammi. The zoo’s keepers watched her grow, noting the gentle way she explored her surroundings and how she mimicked the sounds of her family. Despite her short life, the moments she shared with visitors were memorable, leaving a lasting impression on all who crossed her path. The cause of her untimely passing remains unknown, but her brief time at the park will always be remembered by those who cared for her.
