Afangui

Afangui was a female Western Lowland Gorilla who died on September 27, 2013. Born in the wild in Guinea, both her parents were wild gorillas.

She was wild-caught rather than born in captivity. Her final home was at Mefou Primate Sanctuary, where she passed away.

The transfer history shows she lived at an unknown location until 2012, before arriving at Mefou Primate Sanctuary on September 27, 2013, the same day she died.
