Gaia the Gorilla in Pictures

Gaia is a female western lowland gorilla born at Prague Zoo on April 12, 2024, and was notably named by primatologist Jane Goodall after the Greek goddess of the Earth. She is a playful and resilient cub, often seen engaging with her older sister Mobi, sharing a close bond with her mother Kijivu, and being nurtured by the elder gorilla Kamba. Gaia is celebrated for her role in gorilla conservation and education at the zoo.
